When agreeing to the terms and conditions you are also agreeing that the delivery address for your Naweii products is situated on the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen pulps, purées, and sorbets we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All Naweii products must be put straight into the freezer once received in order to keep them from spoiling. However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition of your products please contact us directly or email us at; info@naweii.com so we can organise replacement items or a store credit refund where applicable.

Missed deliveries will not be refunded or replaced if the buyer was not at the delivery address to receive the goods at the time stated by the courier.
